Supplement advice post transfer

Hello,

I am hoping someone can give me advice, especially those who have been through 2ww before.

Can supplements continue after embryo transfer?

I know I can continue vitamin D and folic acid but it’s the inositol and omega 3 I am uncertain about so would appreciate any advice? X

Omega 3 is good to keep taking. No idea about inositol, sorry! Wishing you lots of luck xx

Hi CD. I would just keep up with the basics. Have a word with your clinic and see whether they recommend any others. Good luck! Diane
