Timings of taking vitamins/supplements
This is my current routine:
First thing/middle of the night, on empty stomach - levo
Four hours + later, with food - B12 complex (incl folate), selenium, probiotics, collagen, inositol, digestive enzymes
With food later in the day - heme iron (every other day)
On an empty stomach later in the day
