Fostair problems after 7/8 weeks?
Hi just wondered if anyone had a similar experience on the pink Fostair inhaler. My asthma has always been ok, I never used a daily preventative just took my blue inhaler before sports and would need it occasionally during high allergy season. My peak flow has always been high (700+) and remains high

Asthma inhalers and osteoporosis
I don't think I was ever asked about asthma or the
inhalers
I was using when osteoporosis was diagnosed. Does anyone know how it will affect my bones?

Unable to use Inhaler in front of people
I am trying to wait until there is no one around before I use my Inhaler and I will always end up at the doctor's office needing more
Inhalers
and medications because of my stupidity and embarrassment. How do I get around the embarrassment?

Clenil with dose indicator vs 'classic'
Does anyone else struggle with the new Clenil Modulite brown
inhalers
, which feature an indicator on the back showing the number of doses remaining? The mechanism inside has changed and it feels completely different to use to me. I feel like it is not delivering the dose correctly.

I've had it for 5 months my doc has changed my

Aarane private prescription
I need a private prescription for Aarane inhaler. I normally get it from my GP but last time I requested it I was told they cant write prescriptions for abroad (it was not my regular GP. At the moment I don't even know which one it is). I don't understand this. I am going to buy it.

Brown inhaler causing anxiety?
Hello all! In summary; I was diagnosed in July after doing monitoring my Peak Flow for a fortnight (nurse said results over 20% was an asthma diagnosis. Mine was 43%!) I do feel it's a mild case, and that perhaps it's exacerbated by disordered breathing. I digress! I've been sporadic with taking

Blocked from return to work w/ controlled asthma?
Hi, I know many people are worried about returning to work during the current situation because they are asthmatic, but I seem to have the opposite issue - my work medical unit blocked my return because I'm asthmatic, but my asthma is totally controlled and I take one inhalation of seretide accuhaler

Trying Omeprazole
Hi, I was diagnosed as asthmatic 14 years ago after a chest infection that went on for months. I was stable with very few symptoms for 10 years then had a chest infection that triggered my asthma. I wheezed and coughed phlegm for 6 months after. Next winter another chest episode, again took months

ABPA
Recently diagnosed with ABPA. IGE is not very high, had history of asthma, when i was young. I was on antifungal vericonazole 200 mg bd for one month and then alternate day. For 2 minths. I am diabetic as well. Steroid on inhalation and eiosinophilia (10 to 20%). Symtoms were better after initial course

Back after 3 weeks resting hip tendonitis & now need my inhaler!
I felt like if I didn't get out and run today, I might never get back into it. It's been 3 long weeks, and my hip pain has almost (but not quite) disappeared. So a trepidatious 2 laps of Wandsworth Park (2.5k) this afternoon. Really I should now be running my 8k of the Magic Plan, but hey - things

Going back to my childhood... (Nightmares)
Has anyone had vivid nightmares on their steroid
inhalers
? Forgive me for the long story.. Let's turn back time. I was around 7/8 when I saw the film 'The Witches' at primary school. There is a prominent scene in it (which terrifies me as I write) where the transformation happens (as it were).

Trim bow inhaler
For the last two months I’ve been using trimbow after my last stay in hospital. Whilst my routine activity oxygen levels are slightly higher I am more short of breath now than I was prior to my hospitalisation. This could be down to loss of two stone in weight and general decline in physical activity

Advice needed
Hi their folks, back in March I had a severe asthma flare up which may or may not have been due to COVID, it was suspected but I couldn’t get tested at the time. I hadn’t suffered badly with asthma for many years previous to this. I ended up having a short burst on Prednisolone to help relieve the symptoms

Symbicourt 400/12
Does anyone know if this is available as a metered dose inhaler? Or just the powder? Can't work it out from google! Having a very confusing conversation going between the reception of the doctors and the pharmacy.

Recovering from Covid-19!
I’m still on the
inhalers
to manage - prob for a few weeks to a few months. Has anyone else had Covid? I asked about b12 depletion but then RT docs didn’t know any info. They said to check w/my Neuro and I will reach out to him this week.
