I've tried at least 6 different types. My current inhaler is TRIMBOW which, for me, works far, far more effectively than previous prescription s:

thats a tricky one to answer nottowell. What is wonderful for me may be awful for another.

Mine is Fostair MART and its changed my life so much for the better. Even the thinning skin and bruising have improved. Plus I rarely need Ventolin now. P

Hi notowell, I am on spiriva and ventolin plus duoresp spiriva. It might be wise to get back to your doctor as you may need antibiotics. It seems to be trial and error with some medication but check first before leaving one out. Daisytime.

I'm on Relvar and Incruse inhalers with Ventolin as required. Recently, my Ventolin use went through the roof and I thought I might need to change inhalers as I didn't feel ill in any way, just coughing more and a bit breathless.

Eventually I saw the GP and it turns out I have had a chest infection, probably for a few months, which is only now responding to antibiotics (I had to change after sputum test results came through).

I suggest you discuss with your GP or resp consultant before making any changes yourself. Perhaps you also have a 'slow burn' infection brewing.

As for the dizziness and palpitations, they may unrelated to your inhalers and would be best checked before you change anything.
