IBS (d) worse on holiday
Thank god for
Imodium
& Buscopan. I did not eat foolishly, don’t drink or smoke. My Mum suffered like this & used to say it was change of water in different areas of the UK. Any thoughts?

Chronic diarrhea after chemo; any suggestions?
I am taking
imodium
and diphenoxylate/atropine with a strict diet. But they don't help that much. Any one experienced similar side effects and managed to deal with it. It'd be great help if you share your solutions. 🙏

night out flare up
Taken an
Imodium
but feel washed out now. Supposed to be having a nice meal before show, but now scared to eat, and not sure if I can make show either😭. So fed up of missing things because of flipping ibs. Poor hubby missing out too, just feel guilty and needed a moan🥺

Continued Journey
Recently, I have diarrhea, I was told take
Imodium
if it doesn’t work it’s a sign of GVHD ( Graft Versus Host Disease) and they will treat it differently. All in all things are going well. It was bittersweet to leave Wilmot because the people are so great. However, I’m elevated to be home.

GI issues post transplant
I feel like I should have taken out stock in the
Imodium
company. I have asked if there is anything that can stabilize my “gut.” I have asked the GI doctor and he simply tells me to use
Imodium
. The transplant doctor has changed the mycophenolate and reduced the tacrilimus doses.

December and flare ups
I am resorting to taking
Imodium
nearly every day which just makes everything worse when it comes to a head. I would love some advice as the only thing O can do to get through these hard times is eat very little, which isn’t healthy and not good long term. I would love some help.

Burning intestines not GERD or heartburn
Imodium
just puts a cork in it and just stops it coming out so it just burns inside me. The pain is driving me insane, has anyone experienced this if so what helps?

6 Months on and we’re making some progress 🌞🌞
The bowel issues are still there but more manageable since the
Imodium
dispersible which have really been a game changer if I’m out for a meal. Still having to watch the intake of fibre and we plan our meals each week.

Radiation Proctitis looking for advise please.
A consultant also thought that a dose of
Imodium
might give better control over bowel function. I have nt tried this yet as I m wary of becoming constipated. Any views? At the appointment I mentioned sucralfate. Has anybody had experience of this , helping with bowel frequency?

Prague/Berlin and a bigggg medal
Nerves were kicking in, with multiple trips to the loo, and a couple of precautionary
Imodium
! But once at the start in Berlin, I calmed down. It was very hot but there was a lovely breeze. ll the runners were very relaxed, there was plenty of space for everyone and no pushing & shoving.

Covid question
I was told by oncology nurse to use
Imodium
which I used yesterday. Then I read that it blocks the body from expelling the Covid virus. It’s exhausting and I am eating very little. Anyone have any suggestions?

Traveling with Imodium
I am due to fly to France in September and take the occasional
Imodium
/loperamide to help with my IBS. I want to take some of these with me but I'm not sure of how to go about this. Has anyone taken this medication on a plane, can it go in your cabin bag.

Diazepam Stomach Cramps
I’ve heard of lots of addicts taking
Imodium
/Loperamide to stop cramps havnt tried that but to me would be counterproductive making me constipated. Hi- Fibre diet appears to make it worse. There must be something that can help ? Omeprazole maybe ?

On the doctor's advice, I'm using
imodium
but it hasn't helped much. I also take aromasin but the doctor says it's the afinator that's causing the problem. Any suggestions?
