What is the next step
I have one more

for my bladder cancer, so far all scan have shown no metastasis. Now I need to focus on my PC after more than a year of ignoring it. My PSA has been fluctuating and is now 0.65, doubling time is 16 months, I have not had ADT yet and my MO wants to just wait and watch.

Why don’t doctors read notes properly before calling patients?
I have been on
immunotherapy
for 15 mths to treat 4 HCC tumours . In December 2023 my scan showed some ‘pseudo growth’ and I was given a further 3 mths treatment. Last Monday I was anxiously awaiting my results for the latest scan.

I was also told that a
immunotherapy
could work on me due to certain mutations that are good targets. I was hyped up for months about this parp inhibitor being a great next treatment but if I cannot get out the gate, what’s the point.

She’s been offered

Targeted Chemo
Unfortunately his cancer is progressing now so the
immunotherapy
has been stopped. He’s been put on chemo every 3 weeks & targeted chemo tablet form - 4 tablets a day. We were warned that he would be ill with it & he is . How long do the symptoms from the treatment last ?

Carbo/caelyx 2nd line
I was hoping to just get to
immunotherapy
tbh but it looks like you need to do at least 2 series of chemo first to be eligible... so, anyone else had a similar treatment plan? Did it work for you? Shrink tumours? Keep things at bay for a bit?

CCR6 & CCL20 are the key drivers in prostate tumor microenvironment.
I find this interesting on using arthritis drugs injected into tumor during
immunotherapy
instead of steroids.
