what is AVF and biphasic t wave in Lead 3 - need advice please

I have just had this in a letter from consultant but no advice to even call dr, I had n stemi in January and just had a scan before I started immunotherapy for kidney cancer which was taken away but as a grade 4 need to be in this treatment for a year every three weeks.

Advice on this would be much appreciated.

Afraid consultants seem to think everyone has a medical degree to read these reports. I had to speak to my GP to get mine "translated" into English. You could also phone the BHF nurses.

Thanks so much Qualipop will definitely be asking about this, my last sick note it was put on ischaemic heart disease and clear cell carcinoma which I have never been told before either regarding the heart, thanks again
