I just want to say that I am not going to participate in any phase I clinical trial and that I don't recommend it to others either. Only exemption could be when it is a hybrid (parallel use) of two already approved medication, but even then I am not a friend of phase I clinical trials for myself. They are toxicity studies without a guarantee that your dose will be effective or toxic etc. better to avoid phase I clinical trials altogether. That is my opinion.
