Taking a big risk - 2 years in
I’ve posted before about my difficult experience with Ocrevus the last 2 years I was on it. I wanted to give you all an update in case it helps someone else. My last infusion was Dec. 2021. I’m currently not taking a DMT hence the title of this post. My neuro is part of a large MS research group and

Advice please - blood test results & supplements
Immunoglobulin
A - 2.47 g/L (0.8- 2.8)
Immunoglobulin
G 10.26 g/L (5.4 - 16.1)
Immunoglobulin
M
2.08 g/L (0.5-1.9) For M it says ‘above high reference limit’ but I can’t seem to find if that means I have celiac or it is just another autoimmune marker. Thanks for reading x

Low Immunoglobulins A and G
At what low levels of A and G should I consider infusions? Went thru B&R 13 months ago and levels are not quite in the normal range(L), although "M" is slightly into the norm. I've heard about Hizentra but have not yet been totally on board with beginning. Any advice ?

Immunocompromised?
Hi everyone I have looked at some pinned articles and still wanted to put this question out there. As a person who is Stage 0, is in W&W who has healthy RBC, Platelets and Immunoglobulin numbers… am I still considered immunocompromised? My WBC number is currently around 34. I work in large crowds

Good morning to you all, I am speaking with my Dr in two weeks time and would like to ask advice on what blood tests to request , as you probably remember I had a bad ultra sound and a bad ct scan followed by a really bad fibro scan, I was not followed up or referred and because of this I worry what

Following on from my post towards the end of last year I am still in a similar position. Does anyone have experience of Radical Prostatectomy surgery or External Beam Therapy (with hormone therapy)?
Good morning, a fairly specific question: I had a HA in 2018 followed by single stent, diagnosis: Ischaemic heart disease, usual medication, rehab and all fine. In 2021 I was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory demyalinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), rare and little known condition - not related to the

low Immunoglobulins
Hello Everyone, My CLL is actually under control with normal labs, except low immunoglobulins. IGA and IGM basically nothing, IGG 401. Taken off Zanubrutinib when I got Covid in July 2022, been off since then. Continually tired, some days exhausted. With lower extremity pain, feels like inflammation

Going to the gym
Not sure but, I think this is pertinent to this forum. Had two years of BTKi treatment. Beeen off of treatment for 18 months, doing ok. Immunoglobulins are low but IGG higher than usual on last blood draw. Usually IGG low 400, now 530. Realize I am still immune suppressed. Realize this is a question

low immunoglobulins and knee replacement
I’m contemplating total knee replacement. My concern is that my immunoglobulins have sunk below normal range - but not low enough to start infusions. Has anyone else had to consider this? What recommendations were made to you? Did you go ahead with surgery? Did you have complications? So much to think

Canadian SCIG and IVIG study
Many us have what is called Secondary Antibody Deficiency. It can be diagnosed via low Total IgG (ImmunoGlobulin G), and often low IgA and IgM, too, as well as repeated infections. Some of us also develop Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), which reduces platelet counts even before the bone marrow gets full

CLL consultation
It is a year ago since I posted to this wonderful site. I do look every day, sometimes for two minutes, sometimes for 20 minutes. The warmth, support and information is always uplifting. I have been watch and wait for 5 years now. I am 13q deleted, and mutated. CD38 negative. I am now 75. I am in Hampshire

Getting there, but slowly
More blood tests back now but still don't have all the figures. Serum immunoglobulins all normal Coeliac screen - negative Ferritin 197 (range 13-150) Transferrin saturation 38% (15-45) He's not happy about this even though it's "normal" Homocysteine - normal IFA - still negative Gastric parietal antibodies

Another CLL ‘wobble’, seems like I’m ‘losing it’ slightly.
Hi all, and once more I am looking for information from the vast well of expertise which is out there. Recently I ‘wobbled’ about being in subset 6. The thing that precipitated my regrettable ‘wobble’ and erroneous ‘consultation’ with Dr Google & Dr ChatGPT was the fact that I was reviewing my CLL position

Very high ACA IgM
Saw a new MPN doc couple weeks ago who found I have a very high ACA IgM, 104 was my value and reference range is 0 to 12. Also have an elevated LDH. Suspected that I may have APS syndrome (some form if it) but I have to retest in 12 weeks to see if it’s still high. In the meantime he advised that I try
