NHS vs Private
Therefore, we have been thinking of going private for the SSR then having the funding for the actual
ICSI
. I don’t know whether this is an option yet until I speak to the consultant but wanted to ask to see if anyone knows whether this is possible? Thanks in advance. Your comments keep me going xx

Transfer nr3 = another Chemical 💔
Always a bfp with
Icsi
. It just doesnt want to stick. We do have one frozen embryo left but am so tiered with just being seen by nurses and rushed around. I continue to have faith and my faith does say God will gives us more than he took ❤️ it just wasnt my time

Anyone used self test blood test
We just had our second round of
ICSI
abroad I had 2 5day blastocysts implanted the clinic said I needed a blood test yesterday. With being back in the uk and Covid it’s a nightmare to get one as my GP was horrible on our first cycle saying not the process!

Very low AMH story of hope: 12 week scan update *sensitive*
Everything is looking as it should and it’s a little girl 💖 During my dark days before starting our IVF/
ICSI
journey I trawled the internet looking for success stories from ladies with very low AMH and when I found one it gave me so much hope.

Any advice - FET
I’ve struggled with OHSS quite badly and I know it doesn’t always work and it only takes one but I’m worried about going through
ICSI
process again and be as poorly as I was.

It's finally my turn to have a BFP! 3rd transfert lucky 🥳
Blastocysts were genetically tested and this specific embryo is an
icsi
and has had assisted hatching so I wonder if this would be the reason for a very early implantation since it's a frozen embryo. I also wonder if working from home and not commuting every day has also had an impact.

PGS tested and no more embies to transfer
Second round
ICSI
, lower dosage of medication. 17 eggs , 6 fertilised and 5 reached to blastocyst. Two transferred, 1 stuck and end up with another MMC at 8 weeks. Other 3 pgs tested non-viable for transfer.

*Sensitive* new arrival 👶🏻
If you read my past posts, you’ll see I was extremely lucky with one cycle of
ICSI
being successful. You only need one! It pains me to know there are so many ladies on multiple cycles enduring pain and upset time and time again. I almost feel such guilt for our success journey.

New bemfola pen not going all the way down?
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm on my first cycle for
icsi
. So I was taking bemfola injections 187.50 out of 225 pen and they were fine but as of today I have to take 300 out of 300 pen and once the needle was in I pressed it down until it stopped and removed the needle.

13 healthy embryos making their way into the freezer!
21 were mature enough and for
ICSI
to be performed and 18 fertilised. Had the phone call today that on day 5, 13 have made it to the freezer, with 2 more that could potentially make it to blastocyst stage tomorrow.

Advice for low AMH - protocol ?
It was my first IVF/
ICSI
and I only had one egg collected.. My embryo was a fighter and started to hatch just before transfer and I was holding on to a bit hope that my embryo would implant.. I have low AMh and I was on the long protocol and on the highest dosage of medication.

New cycle or FET?
Hi all, we’ve just finished our 3rd cycle of ivf/
icsi
and need help with what decision to make next. Our first two rounds didn’t produce any embryos at all.

Sensitive *Birth announcement*
It took us 3 fresh rounds of
icsi
and 4 years TTC to get her, but she has made the long journey so worthwhile. I won't ever forget how I felt during the
icsi
rounds and will always stick around to support others still going through their journey.

Day 2 transfer
Only one of my eggs fertilised this round despite
ICSI
. But we only got 3 mature eggs out of 5 collected. We’re pretty devastated. Can’t quite believe that this round has ended up even worse than our previous 😢. I’m booked for a day 2 transfer tomorrow.

**** Sensitive Post **** Official Test Day
It’s been over 8 years TTC. 3 rounds of
ICSI
and 2 rounds of IUI. One ectopic, one precious son born and passed with Trisomy 13 💙 and recently 2 failed IVF rounds. This mamma 🙋🏼♀️ is more than ready for this.

Advice for follow up appointment after failed FET.
I’ve had one unsuccessful
ICSI
cycle before this and no frozen embryos left now so it’s back to the drawing board. Any advice on what questions to ask at my follow up appointment?
