Hi not sure if this is the right place to post. Me and my hubby has Icsi in December 2018 which results in a miscarriage at 5 weeks. We then had two Frosties which were due to go bk in August 2019. But we got told by the private hospital it was bad luck dispite then been grade 5 embryos and they didn’t survive the thaw.
We’ve been recently referred to the women’s at Birmingham they have said I could possibly have surgery on my query blocked tube. Depending on Hubbys sperm. Me and hubby are still tax. But the women’s won’t do a sperm samples due to Covid atm. My monthly came on yesterday and I just feel like what is the point in trying anymore. Have even thought of using a donar. Hubby has low motility.....

I’m so sorry your having these issues I have seen many clinics still going about business as usual so find that very strange that they aren’t , even the clinic I used in Greece are still seeing patients from the U.K. without issues and doing cycles/transfers.
If you can afford to go private then I would because it’ll be much quicker for you.
Sorry to hear about your hubby’s issues I hope you can resolve it , we did donor eggs so I can appreciate the whole donor side of things but obv from a woman’s perspective.
I completely get it for many years we just carried on and didn’t persue any treatments 1) we couldn’t afford it and 2) I just hoped it would happen naturally
Wasn’t until I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure that it was out my hands and DE ivf was our only option open to us.
I’m just glad we found a fantastic clinic to help us and the rest is history.
