DNA Fragmentation
If anyone’s been through the same, are these bad enough for a donor or is
ICSI
still a possibility?

Extreme bloating post positive pregnancy test
Hi all, I’ve been on my fertility journey for a while now and after our second round of
ICSI
we received our first positive pregnancy test on Wednesday. I’ve been taking progesterone injections (Lubion) and pessaries (cyclogest) since egg collection.

closing the chapter on biological children. Next steps? Donor?
Myself and my husband have been working towards
icsi
for infertility for nearly two years. My husband has Kellmans syndrome and I have PCOS and endometriosis, so we knew it was unlikely we’d ever be able to have biological children.

Testing embryos? Any ideas
They have suggested to check out our embryos (round 1= 5 eggs, 3 fertilised only 1 top grade and transferred bfn and round 2 8 eggs and none fertilised) and were surprised when our main clinic hasn’t suggested
ICSI
or any further testing for my partner/ embryo testing.

Heavy bleeding 9dpt and bfn
Hi all My partner and I have both got fertility issues so after two years of trying, have been going through
ICSI
. I had a fresh transfer 9 days ago with a AA quality embryo. I’ve done everything from using a hot water bottle, short dog walks and litres of water per day.

Paying for and deciding on private ICSI/donor egg fees and treatment
However if we pay as we go for next
ICSI
separate and doesn't work, then move to donor it's 23k if we just pay for that then a DE round (6eggs), or there's a 50% refund for 2 rounds of DE and we'll end up paying 31k with care.

Low grade embryo, can they work???
Hi, I've just had my second failed round of IVF with
icsi
. First round actually worked but resulted in misscarraige, second round just didn't work at all. We have 2 frozen embryos but they are low quality, grade 3 or c I think it it.

Trying to process everything
Sperm from my OH is also lower on all 4 parts so we've been told we need
ICSI
. Been told the likelihood of IVF working is between 12 and 19% each cycle yesterday and feeling so deflated tbh.

Low Blastocyst rate
There was fragmentation but this was reduced to normal levels via diet changes and supplements, also done
ICSI
but still the same results regardless of how many eggs are collected. I just don't know what I am missing?

Success at 5th round (6th embryo)
We were told by the embryologist that 3 eggs were damaged/had no yolk which was only evident because we'd paid for
ICSI
. Anyway this one fertilised egg which was transferred on day 3 ended up working!

Pain after failed icsi
hi everyone I am on day 5 of my period following failed
icsi
. It was a fresh transfer so I had not really recovered from the pain of the laproscopy when the egg was transferred. I am having pain that feels terrible and I am wondering what it is.

11 blastocysts sent for genetic testing
My husband has a low sperm count (which is the primarily reason for needing IVF-
ICSI
).

Converting from icsi to iui - help!
Icsi
is the best chance we have for fertilisation but its an expensive risk to take. I'm going for my final scan tomorrow and the decision needs to be made. Help me! What are your thoughts?

Help what should I do?
Good morning I had 2 unsuccessful attempts at
ICSI
with donor eggs a couple of years ago and we decided we would have one last try but then due to circumstances beyond my control our ivf journey had to be put on hold and we are unlikely to be able to move forward with another cycle until at least

5th BFN 😭😭 what next
Collection abandoned and converted to IUI - BFN 💔 AMH retested - dropped to 2.2 within 14 months 4th round age 42 (April 2023) - higher steroids, scratch done before, short protocol plus
icsi
, higher stims 300 gonal f, better response. 11 eggs collected, 9 fertilised, 8 made it to day 4 but just one
