endo spreading fast?
Hi everybody I could really use some help, not officially diagnosed yet but have all the symptoms. Things seem to be progressing fairly quickly since I had an IUD placed and went off birth control. Earlier today I was sitting down at work and had a sharp shooting pain in my butt hole, it was debilitating

23 years old and suffering daily
I’ve always had terrible periods so I ended up getting the coil beginning of last year, my periods stopped and that was the best feeling ever.. unfortunately that didn’t last long. November last year I started getting these excruciating pains which got progressively worse to the point of being rushed

The coil
I had the coil fitted yesterday, I’m in a lot of pain still, I’m wondering what are other people’s experiences with the coil? How soon can you have a bath? How long have you bled for afterwards? Any side affects I need to be aware of? Thanks ladies :)

IBS or bowel Endo?
This might be a silly question, but I’ve been on contraception since I was 15 (I’m now 22) due to bad period pain which would stop me from doing my normal daily activities and I’m currently on an IUD (Nexplanon) so I haven’t had a period in around 2 years and have been free from period pain. I have been

How long does it take for pain to subside after laparoscopy?
I had my 2nd laparoscopy 3rd July and was told they were able to successfully remove the endometriosis around both my ovaries and bowel. It’s been a painfully slow recovery, it’s been 7 weeks and I feel I should be further along by now. In the last week my lower back and the pains around my ovaries

Mirena Coil, Awful Cramps
Good afternoon! Hope you're all well :) I just had a question about the Mirena - I had mine put in 2 weeks ago during my laparoscopy. I know there are meant to be cramps and whatnot with them so I was fully prepared for the uncomfortableness that would ensue. But this is worse than when I had my endo

Logynon Ed weight and side effects
Hi guys, I’ve been on logynon Ed as a contraceptive pill for about four months and have noticed some changes in my weight and mood. ICD fitted on Monday
After a sudden cardiac arrest on 6 May, I had my
ICD
fitted on Monday this week and came home on Tuesday. I'm doing really well but have a few concerns!! before this incident I was a really active and fit 52 year old woman. I loved my weight training and also ran and did yoga.

Metformin
Hi, I have a telephone appointment with the gynaecology department of my hospital following a doctors appointment where I asked to be prescribed metformin for pcos. My periods are massively irregular and I suffer from acne. My bmi is in normal range and my hirutism is manageable. I am just wondering

Has any person in the group with an ICD fitted got a Stairlift for their use?
Where did you get any information from if you have one to say it is ok?

New to all this
I’m new to all this so got so many questions. I’m waiting for a diagnosis for Endo but spoke to many doctors who have said that it’s more than likely is it. I had the coil removed in December to try for a baby but 3 weeks ago was put back on the pill to manage my pain. However, I’ve started with pains

Other options than mirena coil?
I am asking for some advice, I was first diagnosed with Endo in 2015 via laparoscopy where it was discovered on my bowel amongst other places and the coil was inserted. I also already have the implant but I was told to keep that in. After some months still had pain as well as new issues with my bowel

First run after graduating
Week 10 Run 1 as a graduate of @_couchto5k Felt really good to be running having completed the programme! It was a beautiful morning; misty and damp, cool and still. Found this dew-laden cobweb neatly encased in a coil of barbed wire by my favourite tree. Forgot to set my tracker until part way through

Job
Hi guys. I had treatment for endo last August, I also had a IDU inserted during this procedure. Everything was great until December when the pain started to return, I saw my consultant again in February who suspected Adenomyosis-the treatment plan for this is not something I am ready for being only 29

Mothers anxiety
Does any other mothers worry constantly about their children? I feel like I am over obsessive when it comes to my childrens health.

I was tracking my ovulation as I was trying for a baby and it seemed that my pains started around ovulation. Again in June the pains started
