Hi, I’ve recently just been diagnosed with pcos. I am 22 years of age, i use to suffer from acne but have grown out of this. I suffer with sever hirtisum which i struggle with on a daily basis as it causes me a lot of anxiety. I am a healthy weight for my height and I have regular periods. I am looking to go on contraception, something i have never been on before. However, i suffer with mild depression and anxiety and therefore im hesitate to go on any pills. I was looking at the copper coil however my doctor is recommending the hormonal coil which im not keen on. I would love someone’s advice whos in a similar situation to myself

Thank you x

Yasmin masked the symptoms well for years. I only stopped taking it when I wanted to get pregnant so you can probably give it a try.
