Any experience of prolong bleeding after a coil and lap?

I had my lap 2 weeks ago and a hormone coil inserted. I wondered what are others experiences? As I am still bleeding and in pain. When I had cerazette I bled for 6 weeks until I stopped taking it and I am worried the coil will be the same.

I had the same op about a month ago, it took a while for me to get back to normal and I’m still in some pain, be patient and go easy on yourself, the coil has different reviews for everyone I’m still waiting to see how it works out for me! Maybe ask to go into a pill as well as the coil to help the bleeding, that’s what I’m doing and it’s had a really good effect so far, hope you have a speedy recovery xx
