Sotalol v Bisoprolol
(This decision was following an
ICD
firing) I had been taking the bisoprolol for the last ten years and monitoring my BP with a cuff device, where my BP had always shown a borderline normal / pre-high reading.

Not doing well tonight
I’m having so many thoughts. My anxiety is pretty high tonight, and the health anxiety/OCD won’t shut up. Everything I read that has to do with health, is triggering. My stomach is in knots. Im easily angered and can get upset at the snap of a finger. I just want to be free of this, of the thoughts

Permanent afib and ablation
His
ICD
reports his HR via a monitor. His fit bit watch says his resting rate has been 70-90. We are scared for another procedure. Has anyone had a successful ablation in permanent afib?

Any help/advice/tips please?!
Hi all, this is my first time coming to a forum like this and I’m just hoping to get some advice.. Sorry it might be a bit of a long one.. For roughly 8 years now I have had issues with my periods being irregular/not normal. I was originally on the combined pill when they used to suggest taking breaks

CRT-D or ICD
Came home last night with discharge papers on which it says a CRT-D was fitted yet on his GP records I see it says
ICD
was fitted. I’m rather concerned these statements are conflicting. Any ideas anyone please?

Periods 2 weeks apart
hi all, I'm 18 months into the coil and have been having periods 2 weeks apart. They're red and normal, with normal cramping. So is this normal? Do I need to call the doctor? I feel fine apart from it just being annoying! Thanks

Help with unexplained weight loss
Hello all, I am waiting upon the fitting of an
ICD
. In the meantime, as a type II diabetic, I have been having terrible problems with my guts. Lost 20lbs in just a month. Seems my medications had pushed me into Ketosis which probably is the cause.

Mirena coil worries
I am writing this because I have no idea what to about my mirena coil. Whenever I have periods my mood is the worst, it is as though I take a running nose dive off of the tallest building right into solid rocks. In the past I have taken numerous contraception, pills, injection and now the mirena coil
