What Next ?

I have often wondered whether my dysmmenorea [ excrutiatingly painful periods/IBS ] was related to endemetriosis which is now in question & possible hyperplasia as 9mm thick with cysts lumps & bumps often needing excising .My Late grandmother had one 28lb that went slowly cancerous so I am carefully vigilant which is difficult the older you get as after the menopause I suspect all you get is hysterectomy .Had first D&C aged 12 with hormonal imbalance diagnosed since there has been genetic low thyroid urine & gynae infections 3 weekly still have , since pubity probably before .I know now some of this links to primary lipo-lymphoedema [ obesity? ] for which there is no assistance if primary from birth . Do I just tear my hair out at the lack of investigation & access !
