When ADT lowers PSA to near zero (<0.1), should prostate pain due to BPH or prostatitis fade away?

My PSA is 0.05 due to ADT.

I have pain and pricking in the perinneal zone during daytime (not while asleep).

For this reason I will have an MRI done this week.

Can BPH pain exist if PSA is "zero"?

🤔

May be wise to get your prostate treated. Cancer in prostate can cause problems too.

Thank you.

I had irreversible electroporation. Subsequent fibrosis of the treated ablated lobe.

No radiation.

MO asked for an MRI of pelvis and prostate.

Says could be prostatitis and/or hyperplasia, as it was detected in most cores in biopsies. And also I had some calcium depositions.

So there are many suspects to blame, considering PSA is so low. But we check it with MRI

Thanks
