Second opinion on Biopsy
I am scheduled for a second Biopsy and plan to get a second opinion. I read Dr. Epstein with John Hopkins is on indefinite leave. Should I just submit it to John Hopkins, or does anyone have any suggestions for a good place for a second opinion. Previously my biopsy was 7, 3+4, but recent MRI shows

Hi, I've posted about Care Opinion before but look every now and then to see if any stories have been posted about B12 deficiency. They want people to share good and bad experiences of health care in UK. Sometimes the GP surgeries

Colon Journey
I thought Iād share my journey leading up to this point and I hope to continue to update as things move along. I hate it when nobody updates. Timeline: 12 years ago: After my first daughter turned 1 I went to the bathroom with blood in stool. It was super bright red and a lot. Went to the doctor and

Beta blockers
I'm 68, female with NASH/ Cirrhosis which is compensated. I have recently been prescribed 1.25 mg of Bisoprolol Fumarate (beta blocker) but I'm so anxious about taking it as my GP seemed unsure about any effect on my liver. I was wondering if any members take beta blockers with no ill effects? I'm also

polycystic liver disease
I wanted to find out if anyone else had experienced severe Polycystic Liver Disease. I had resection 12 years ago which was successful but my cysts have grown back more aggressively. I have been advised by specialist that they cannot de-roof as would space simply be filled by other cysts, resection

Not sure what to do next
Hello. I suddenly developed loud tinnitus in my left ear 3 months ago and went to the doctors. It's a very high pitched ringing and varies between loud and very loud and sometimes has different pitches all at once like an orchestra. It's constant, 24/7. I'd had a very slight ringing for several months

Is it the time for initial treatment?
As I previously stated, my wife was diagnosed with CLL in 2020. Her markers are 13q deletion, 12 trisomy, and TP53, with IGHV muted. She is still in W&W form. So far, I've learned via reading literature and numerous posts about lymphocyte doubling time, lactate dehydrogenase, and lymph nodes. Her lymphocyte
