polycystic liver disease

I wanted to find out if anyone else had experienced severe Polycystic Liver Disease. I had resection 12 years ago which was successful but my cysts have grown back more aggressively. I have been advised by specialist that they cannot de-roof as would space simply be filled by other cysts, resection not possible as no “clean” space so the only ultimate option is transplant.

I am trying to look at anything to avoid this, I would consider anything to be honest. Right now my liver is 2.5 normal size and pressing on my diaphragm which is causing problems with breathlessness and I am constantly tired. My symptoms have worsened over the past 3 months so any advice would be really welcome. Many thanks
