Blood from bottom
Hi all, I have my first lap in a week, to diagnose and treat endo. Had pain in lower left pelvic area and back for five years on and off and also bowel problems. I’ve been losing blood from back passage, bright red, does anyone else suffer this?

Lyrica Augmentation?
I'm back again at another point in my journey! I've gone from DA augmentation and withdrawal to now being on Lyrica at a dose of 300mg. For a month or so I'd slept well and no RL symptoms at all to speak of. In the last four days I've been experiencing some RL symptoms in the early - late afternoon

RLS in Pregnancy
Hi I am 28weeks pregnant and have restless legs and arms at night for about 6 weeks now. I am averaging 2-3 hours sleep, if that a night. So far I have been trying to treat at home with a combination of Epsom salts baths, massage, stretching, magnesium supplements and essential oils. Nothing seems to

Has anyone fallen pregnant naturally at 40? I’m struggling :-(.
Hey guys, myself and my partner have been trying for a baby since December, we fell pregnant second cycle of trying but our little one stopped growing and we had a MMC at 11 wks. Miscarried naturally on 9th May. Have been trying since but nothing. I have two children which I had at 24 & 26 without problems

Five month update
It's been 5 months since I started FECO (full spectrum cannabis oil). Since it's been a while since I've posted, I'll recap: my RLS was very severe. It affected me 24 hours a day. Unrelenting. I live in Mexico and tramadol is OTC here and i had to monitor my usage careful not to exceed 2000 mgs/24 hours

Restless legs keeps coming back
My mum has suffered from rls since about 8 years, she's been on many medications and all will work for a while. Recently she was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was using cpap which made all her rls symptoms go away however after 2 months it has returned really bad. I took her to the gp and he has prescribed

Joint hypermobility syndrome-what did you wish you'd known before?
Hi! So I'd been thinking today about what life could be for me in 20/30/40 years time as even in the last 5 years living with hypermobility syndrome has changed drastically for me. I know everyone's experience varies, but I wondered if anyone had any advice or things they wish they'd have done differently

Requip and restless leg
I’ve been on requip for 15 years- I take 2mg in morning and 2 mg at night. I don’t like it I think it is causing augmentation and I wake up nauseated. I would love to get off but have heard horror stories about withdrawal! Getting off may make my restless leg and Parkinson’s worse! I don’t know what

Withdrawal bleed after failed cycle
Unfortunately our first cycle of IVF failed, I tested last Sunday BFN 😔 and then bleed that night after the 2ww and was just wondering how long other peoples withdrawal bleeding lasted after a failed cycle? I’m on day 9 now of a heavy period and getting me down a little as it’s a constant reminder of

Oxycodone Dopamine Agonist?
So I have just come off of ropinirole for restless leg due to augmentation and I’m now taking oxycodone 5 mg before bedtime. This is really been helping and I was hoping it would be good for the transitioning from Ropinerol. I just read that oxycodone is an agonist. Does this mean I will have augmentation

New here with new tip that works for me
My partner is a medical bio-chemical scientist. For me, he makes a liquid form of magnesium and a spray that has something called DMSO in it - it takes the magnesium through my skin. I see that people here talk about taking magnesium by mouth but I've found this works better for me. I rub them on my

This has helped my restless legs
Because of the exorbitant price of the relaxis pad, I came up with my own version that works pretty good. I bought a foam back roller on Amazon ($26 USD) that vibrates. I place it at the foot of my bed under the blankets and I press my feet against it which sends gentle vibrations up my legs helping
