Hi again, I was wondering your thoughts on doing a liver cleanse with milk thistle. Since I'm off my Metavive, Adrenavive, and prednisone - as well as certain supplements like biotin and Bs - would now be a good time to do a liver cleanse? I've wanted to do one for a while, but with all the probs I've

If you are Akinetic-rigidity Dominant PD then be aware of medications and supplements increasing Acetylcholine
āļøToday I started taking celery seed extract and experienced an unprecedented dystonia. I searched and noticed; āCelery is a cholinesterase inhibitor. It inhibits the acetylcholinesterase enzyme from breaking down acetylcholine, thereby increasing both the level and duration of action of the neurotransmitter

Which foods have more than 10% fiber by weight? The answer may surprise you. (Hint - includes dark chocolate).
Fiber is incredibly important. It leaves your stomach undigested and ends up in your colon, where it feeds friendly gut bacteria, leading to various health benefits. I just read Fancy1959's post from yesterday "One is silver, One is gold". During the course of the change several of you mentioned being on Ocrevus and taking the shingles vaccine. My neurologist said I'm not too take vaccines with a live virus such as the shingles vaccine. She indicated that with

After Bush administration, now Trump is hitting final nail on the Stem cells research
The announcement this week that the federal government is changing its policy on the use of human fetal tissue in medical research is designed to please anti-abortion groups that have strongly supported President Donald Trump. But it could jeopardize promising medical research and set back attempts
