I went to get liver ultrasound and am postive hepb

Now doctor wants do to a fibrosis liver scan am 29years . I do not smoking and do not drinking my entire life. is there a chance my liver can get damage, if liver is still good, do i still need treatment

Hi, I can’t comment on your specific case as I’m not a Doctor. You need to ask your Doctor. What I can tell you is that there are lots of different things that can affect and cause problems with your liver.I don’t drink or smoke but my problems have been caused by an unhealthy lifestyle and obesity. I ate junk and didn’t exercise which affected my liver. I have been very lucky in that I have been told it’s reversible so I changed my diet and started exercising and it is healing, although it will take time.

You can help it by eating healthily and exercising if you don’t already do this. All the best Owlie
