Anybody Taking MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)?
It's been 2 months since I wrote about Methylsulfonylmethane so I am raising the topic again. I have finally worked it into my stack every day (1/4 teaspoon full in 5 ounces of water). It just looks like it supports all the things PwP would be looking to improve (I have a high school degree): 2.1. Anti-Inflammation

Why Does High Dose Thiamine Work?
I like to keep challenging the items in my stack. HDT is in my stack. I believe in HDT. But why? So far I trust HDT because of the results from Dr Constantini and the testimonials. Time to look for some science: Neurological, Psychiatric, and Biochemical Aspects of Thiamine Deficiency in Children

The more homocysteine, the worse the Parkinson's?
"You don't discover new continents if you don't have the courage to lose sight of the old shores." Andre Gide An elevated level of the amino acid homocysteine in the blood is neurotoxic and has been reported as a truly important risk factor for developing Parkinson's, as well as cardiovascular disease

sulfur smelling Lingering Gas ( horrible)
for the last 4 years I've had terrible gas, the smell is Horrible and lingers for a long time. The Gas smells like Sulfur and No Doctor can figure it out. I've cut out Dairy, Eggs, Corn, High fructose. I've had many tests and I just don't know what else to do? It isn't every day that the odor is there

Magnesium oil and daytime sleepiness
Hi, I've taken magnesium supplements (citrate or glycinate) for many years. For the last few nights, have either had a foot soak with magnesium flakes (magnesium chloride) or used a home made spray (very small amounts). During each day, I've felt sleepier. I read a post on here that mentioned magnesium

Air pollution exposure linked to higher COVID-19 cases and deaths – new study.
The global death toll from COVID-19 has now passed half a million. To slow the spread of the disease, we need to better understand why some places have higher numbers of cases and deaths than others. One factor that could partially explain this is air pollution. Research has shown that long term exposure

I’m a newbie and looking for a bit of advice x
Hiya guys I’m 19 and have been through the mil a bit with my health since starting puberty and only recently me and my family have been wondering if there’s a link with an autoimmune condition. Has anyone experience similar? I’m going to talk to my GP about getting tested for a range of autoimmune conditions

Is this actually IBS flare up?
I've recently had 3 bouts of awful stomach cramps, diarrhoea, sulphur burps and one episode that included vomiting. The first episode was after a weekend of eating foods I shouldn't (curry and onion soup), I just didn't realise. I was diagnosed with IBS after a long period of work related stress, followed

Bad breath
Does anyone else with PMR also suffer from bad breath? I do suffer from a dry mouth and I realize that could be caused by another autoimmune disease, Sjögren, but was wondering if PMR also contributed to bad breath. My husband says it’s like a sulphur smell..... charming! I’m afraid to talk to people

Cramping limbs
I haven't been diagnosed with any kind if liver disease but I used to be a big drinker in my twenties and I took 4 paracetamol over doses. 3 in my late teens and one accidental one 2 years ago and that is when my symptoms started. They are upper right quadrant pain which also is in my back and side.

So many symptoms
Don't want to make this post too long so I'll try to be as short as I can. I drank very heavily in my 20s, cut down to binge drinking in my early 30s. Only drank around once a month by my mid thirties but I did have an accidental paracetamol over dose when all my symptoms started 2 years ago. The liver

Sulphur Burps
I’ve been suffering with IBS most of this year. I have other issues to that I’m seeing an Endocrinologist about & it’s all kind of linked. IBS was confirmed after after a colonoscopy. I swing from D to C on almost a weekly basis. I have it under a kind of control though. I know when I’ve gone to long
