If you have been diagnosed with CLL, but are not yet being treated, you might want to try my salad dressing which includes foods and spices that are reputed to have anti-cancer properties. It is best eaten over a salad that includes one or more of the cole crop vegetables (such as broccoli, cabbage, kale, or broccoli sprouts). Here's the recipe:
½ tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon mustard seed
2 tablespoon anardana powder (pomegranate seed powder)
¼ cup pomegranate juice powder
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
½ cup turmeric
½ cup minced garlic (about 24 cloves)
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup vinegar
½ cup flaxseed oil
½ cup water
2 cup olive oil
Mix in blender
Possible anti-cancer ingredients:
1. flaxseed oil (active ingredient: omega 3 which calms inflamations)
2. garlic (active ingredient: allyl sulfur which inhibits nitrosamines)
3. turmeric with pepper (active ingredient: curcumin which inhibits Stat3)
4. cole family with mustard (active ingredient: sulforaphane which inhibits Stat5)
5. pomegranate (active ingredient: ellagitannins which inhibit protein kinase)
Even if its not healthy, it tastes good. I started with the following recipe:
