Good morning to all on this cloudless, sunny day. I think it might very well be a good day to be alive. I believe I can hear some birds chirping in the trees. my Relapsing-Remitting ms(RRms) is being quiet and boring so that is a very good sign. It took a long time to get it that way, but my years of effort were worth it.
One day "YOU" will be where I am. Nothing special l just took my Disease-Modifying Therapy(DMT), tried to stay somewhat healthy and got on with living as best I could.
It is not always hard, it just takes adjustment, and it is something that "YOU" CAN DO. Start slowly, cherish your successes, learn from your mistakes. Live a long and full life. RRms or not.
