Blood test results , platelet distribution width??
Hiya, I am low in b12 and SI EOD at the moment. Have been going through my blood results and have noticed my Platelet distribution width is always really high(35-55%) and my plateletcrit is always really low. I’m not sure what these are as I notice they aren’t usually in others results. Any input? I

Arthritis or hyper mobility?
Hi, I’m new to this and to be honest I’m not even sure if I’m in the right place but here goes. A little bit of background, I used to do a lot of judo when I was in my early 20’s and I used to work in a shop, lugging in deliveries etc. Did this for a lot of years and then got a second job in a Post

In KNEED of support.
Advice, please. My left knee has been niggling for a couple of weeks and I have tried Deep Heat and a neoprene leg support for when I'm not active. Can any of you recommend a support to wear whilst I'm running? There are lots out there, but I'm like a child in a sweet shop and can't decide. It's on the

Calf pain
Hey so I've been doing C25k for 6 weeks now and was due to run the last leg of W6 this morning, but I didn't because my left calf is in pain. It is very sore and feels tight (kinda always do tbh!) it's ok-ish to walk on but I didn't want to run risk of further injury by running non stop for 25 minutes

Help! I’m scared I might have throat cancer
Hello to everyone and Thank You in advance, I know I have already posted here before but I desperately need help from everyone. For the past 2 month I’ve been having problems or pain swallowing. I can still swallow and eat food and drink but here the thing, I only get this pain when swallowing saliva

Feosol. Are these claims real?
Hi there I am still researching. I tried splitting my 20mg ferrous bisglycinate in half and it still made me drowsy and horrible. It clears after three or so hours... is it because it's all going in at once? Please if you could take a look at this product as I would love to hear your views. Feosol

Denosumab / Prolia ? Opinions
Has anyone here had Prolia ( Denosumab ) as they kept forgetting to take Alendronic acid . Prolia is a 6 monthly injection. I have been googling and become very alarmed. I certainly wont have it again. I would be grateful if anyone who has had it could share their experiences.

Has Headway finally recognised optometry.
I was told about the BABO and Clive Elliot a few weeks ago from Headway, a charity for
head
injuries
. A kind lady called me for free from Headway and we had a chat.
