Muscle pain and AF

Hi everyone, I am looking for a suitable muscle rub for my neck. That can be used with AF, does anyone use anything that works well. I have got tiger balm at the moment but it just works for half an hour is so have tried deep heat doesn’t work. Doctor used to prescribe Voltarol but you can’t get it anymore on prescription. I need something strong. Just been looking at that deep blue rub but it has CBD in it. Think that’s what I read I think!we can’t use that can we? Thanks everyone. My neck is driving me crazy. X

Any of the NSAIDs must be used sparingly as they can cause AF and also often react with anticoagulants.

That’s why I like to use a herbal one.

I use the " over the counter " Voltarol with good effect . The Pharmacist will help you chose the right one xx

I've used Voltarol for many years, when it was prescribed for my neck problem, and found it effective and not causing any problems.

Look at plant based ZACIN (Capsaicin) but you need a prescription for it.

I take CBD, it helps.

I use Pernaton - NZ green lipped mussel gel and get a lot of relief for my shoulder.

Just a observation I have had permanent A/F for years I get Phorpain gel max strength 10% on prescription from my GP but use only when needed sparingly ...works on muscle pain

I suffer regularly from migraine neck pain (as well as various auras) for many years. Disabling neck pain is agony for about 15 minutes then stops. Nothing seems to improve it other than physical massage and that only slightly. Just have to grimace and bear it.
