showed Free T3 2.7 (3.10-6.80) TSH of 1.88 (0.27-4.20) Free thyroxine 12.4 (12.00-22.00) T4 61.2 (59.00-154.00) As advised I went to my GP and had my vit D and other things checked Serum b12 - 569(211-911) Serum folate - 6.47 (3.38-23.9) Liver, kidney and bone profile all within normal limits

Advice before testing for serum Folate
GP and consultant keep saying I am not anaemic because my ferritin and
haemoglobin
levels are o and therefore an iron infusion is not the answer! , BUT they seem unable to explain why my iron levels keep dropping off.

B12 defiency?

is 128 g/L (115-165) I have also had low calcium. I do have adenomyosis and am currently dealing with an eating disorder. However even before my ED my B-12 was 212 at its highest.

At what Neutroplis count would treatment start?
My blood count today showed:

(Hb) (Xa96v)122; Total white blood count (WBC) 37.1; Platelet count 115; Neutrophils1; Lymphocyte count35.8. No B symptoms. Therefore still on W/W At what count would a low Neutroplis treatment start.
