My blood count today showed: Haemoglobin (Hb) (Xa96v)122; Total white blood count (WBC) 37.1; Platelet count 115; Neutrophils1; Lymphocyte count35.8. No B symptoms. Therefore still on W/W
At what count would a low Neutroplis treatment start.

Neutrophil count usually doesn't start treatment, however low platelets and Hgb can.

I've been living with neutropenia for 9 years - and for the last few years well under your level of 1. Short term low counts might be treated with a G-CSF drug like Neulasta, but two specialists have not recommended that for me (because the unknown risks of long term use) and I am still in Watch and Wait.
If your counts don't recover, you'll need to adopt what's termed a 'Neutropenic Lifestyle' - taking extra care to avoid infection risk, including exclusion of high risk foods from your diet.
Let us know how you go in your next blood test results.
