What Would You Advise Please?
I have been advised to begin: ADT (
GnRH
Antagonist) in combination with Apalutamid or Enzalutamide or Abiraterone /Prednisolon or Docetaxel. My questions are which of the suggested medications/therapies should I choose if at all (...perhaps do nothing and just let it alone)?

Thought it was under control after years of multiple serious surgeries and diet changes but now facing new battles - any advice welcome
After my first laparoscopy I was initially told it was “just a few spots of endometriosis” and my options were chemically induced menopause (
gnrh
and add back HRT) or to get pregnant and they fitted the mirena coil. (!)

Is a hysterectomy inevitable?
I've started visanne (progesterone) and apparently I have to stay on this forever or one of the
gnrh
analogues alternatives. The combined pill wouldn't be suitable apparently due to the estrogen content.

Why are cardiac effects different for GnRH agonists and antagonists?
I've always been troubled by the observation that
GnRH
agonists (like Lupron, Gosarelix, Zoladex, and Triptorelin) had a high risk of cardiotoxicity while
GnRH
antagonists (Firmagon and Orgovyx) did not. Why should they be different if they both lower testosterone?

Testosterone therapy to... LOWER testosterone production?
This is from an article on infertility caused by TRT: "Testosterone inhibits both
GnRH
and gonadotropin secretion. Exogenous administration of synthetic testosterone results in negative feedback on the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, inhibiting
GnRH
, leading to inhibition of FSH and LH production.

GnRH analogue
Does anyone have any experience of
GnRH
analogues? They are injections that stop your periods to give you some relief. It’s temporary for 3-6 months. Just wondered what the side effects were. Also any experience of Tibolone (Livial).

Is it possible to have endometriosis and still feel pain while on hormone treatments?
I have tried two types of the pill, the
GnRH
analogues (Zoladex injections) and I have had the mirena coil implanted for the last seven weeks. While on all three I have still felt horrible pain in my womb.

Anybody had multiple surgeries to remove endo, then total hysterectomy?
I guess I could also have the conservative surgery and then go on the
gnrh
medication but I know that's temporary and if I'm going to do that, why not just do the total hysterectomy? Seems like none of the options sound great.

Norethisterone LDR
so like a milder long down reg cycle with norethisterone instead of a
GNRH
. If so, what dose norethisterone did you use?

GnRH Injections
I'm currently being investigated for endo and my gynae wants me to try
GnRH
analogues (prostap or zolaplex) to treat some bowel growths she thinks I have. I was wondering if anyone else had experience of this treatment and how they found it? Thanks in advance!

Advice
The doctor said he didn’t remove the endo because ‘it would cause more trouble than its worth’ and I was supposed to start
gnrh
analogue but due to covid I couldn’t and was put on the mini pill until after lockdown.

Post SRT + ADT PSA
Salvage RT to prostate bed and combined ADT (casodex and
GnRH
) started at this level (0.16). RT was from August-October and ADT just finished a week ago. Three months in (around October) his PSA was 0.01. Now, a week off ADT and three months out from SRT, his PSA is 0.16 again. What does this mean?

Gynecomastia and ADT?
As far as I understand, the
GNRH
antagonists shouldn't cause the same shift in the estrogen levels which is what causes the gynecomastia. I am hesitant to use the tamoxifen. Anyone have any info to the contrary?
