Hello. Does anyone have any experience of GnRH analogues? They are injections that stop your periods to give you some relief. It’s temporary for 3-6 months. Just wondered what the side effects were. Also any experience of Tibolone (Livial). It’s an HRT tablet to help manage side effects of injections

Thank you

Hi x I had GNRH analogue injections (twice) but without HRT as I was hoping to conceive after and have other health issues. I wasn't pain free after, but much better than it was. I had vivid dreams, hot sweats, disturbed sleep and Migraines. Took about a year after the last injection for my periods to return x

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m taking some time to think about options including homeopathy. Stay safe and well
