Tales of a stage 4+ endo warrior
Between those surgeries I was on Prostap/Zoladex plus HRT
GnRH
agonist add on which caused night sweats and some other symptoms but think it helped.

Gnrh
Surely the Endo needs excising anyway, regardless of whether I go onto
Gnrh
or any form of HRT? Lost and frustrated. I feel like a pinball. I'm hitting all these places, been referred here there and everywhere, yet I'm not scoring any points. X

New diagnosis
Surgery to free my bowel was mentioned but I'm hoping the
Gnrh
injections and also the fact I'm nearing a natural menopause (i'm 48) might mean I can avoid that. Since my surgery and diagnosis I have been tearful and worried I will be even more emotional once I started the injections.

Bleeding every 10 days on cerelle
He was great and said an option would be to have
gnrh
(to induce menopause) plus add back hormones (to counter the menopause) and that would likely stop the bleeding. Has anyone done this? I'm a bit apprehensive. Any thoughts would be much appreciatex.

Running out of ideas
I've had the coil, depo,
gnrh
analogues, helium laser, had 2 babies and still suffering. Fed up being in pain most of the month, fed up gaining weight and being a hormonal moody mess because of the drugs used to try and control it.

Need advice - feeling lost post op
My options now are have the implant inserted to control pain and have it changed every year (because of previous side effects) or have the
GnRH
injections monthly. Please can you let me know your experiences - both of these are to be taken alongside the coil. Thanks!

Following x2 lap ops, x9 bouts

Common Treatments for Advanced Prostate Cancer
Your doctor may give you one or more of them, including:
GnRH
agents. These drugs can work in different ways, but ultimately, they block or stop your body from making luteinizing hormone (LH), which it needs to make testosterone.

On a mini update from me, I'm on day 6 of Gonal F (fsh stim) and day 2 of cetrotide (

GnRH antagonist injections for severe endo
Has anyone else had a
GnRH
antagonist injection before with add back HRT to treat severe endo? how did it go? I'll be on it for 6 months and I get my 1st injection tomorrow, a bit nervous because I'm chronically ill with many other conditions and side effects will make life even harder 😬

First lap, 4 points, sad about the scars but oh well!
Anyone on any
GnRH
analogue injections feeling anything? I had already been told to be on this injection since August but I kept delaying and wanting to find a less invasive treatment but I give up now. I just want to get better and have no problems for making babies. Xoxo
