I am wondering if anyone who has been taking NAC and glycine for a while has had problems with it in terms of indigestion. Thanks

I was also encouraged to get magnesium glycine, about 340-400mg. I have it with cocoa a couple house before bed. Complete silence at night and when I wake up. Amazing sleep. I can get a little during the day, but I'm not bothered. Important to remain CALM.

I am obsessed with getting better and I’m taking 5 different supplements together with the SSRI- probiotic, NAC, Glycine, B complex and vitamin D.

Last night, I had a diphenhydramine tablet, a high dose of magnesium glycinate, apigenin, glycine, and a small amount of melatonin, but I still couldn't sleep. We're desperate for any advice or solution. Thank you and thank you to everyone who responded to my post 3 weeks ago.

GlyNAC ( Glycine and NAC each at 100mg per kg per day ) corrects mitochondrial dysfunction and brings mitochondrial activity back to healthy control level in 6 months. This post is open to discussion. Pros and Cons? Which is better and why?

Short for glycine and NAC. I’ve taken restore, gold pretty much since diagnosed. I don’t sell the stuff, but I am believer in its ingredients. NAC is the primary ingredient. About the same time as starting the nicotine patches, I started supplementing glycine on protocol to fix my MTHFR pathway.

I have tried many forms of magnesium over the years, and I can tolerate magnesium glycine and intermittent threonate, ie once very 3 days before bed. In either case those doses are small - about 100mg. Magnesium citrate causes me extreme gastrointestinal pain so don't take that.

Turns out I have auto immunity to my glycine receptors. There’s not a whole lot about this online, but apparently in some cases it can cause parkinsonism. My father also had Parkinson’s so I’ve been pretty sure there’s a genetic component and this may be it.

I was ornery and skipped my tea, taurine and glycine routine. I went to bed, I did the usual stretches and kicks but feel asleep rather quickly. When I woke up, I felt like I had become one with the bed. It was amazing.

I started adding Taurine and Glycine in my coffee. I also started drinking Sleepy Time tea at night with Taurine and Glycine. About 6 grams of taurine and glycine a day. Could be a placebo, but if it works, it works. I am not going to change this, at least for now.

On the NMDA receptors, (once considered a laboratory contaminant) acts as a required coagonist. Hydrogen ions (a reflection of pH) suppress receptor activation.

Hi all, l got some liver tests last june that showed up some elevated levels, GGT-99 ALT- 57, didn't think much of it, then got bloods done again Jan of this year, GGT- 91 but ALT- 38. Everything else was fine in the bloodwork apart from.low iron and B12, and chlosterol was a bit high, was recommended
