NAC and Glycine is called GlyNAC

They are different. Also note that I have withdrawn my recommendation for GlcNAc due to an unrealistic concentration of GlcNAc used in the cell culture study and because there is conflicting research as to whether or not this is a benefit. Caution is in order.

Yes, GlyNAC – a combination of glycine and N-acetylcysteine, is good:

It is hard to keep all these acronyms straight. I'm sure others have the same question so thank you for bringing this up

Thanks my partner been diagnosed since November though symptoms two years inner tremor and right hand tremor right shoulder rigidity- trying to get the stack right!!! Tis a minefield

At present zinc glynac vitamin d3with k2, b complex and creative gummies

Anyone any thoughts on these??

At a ParkD meeting also omegas suggested but partner finds too large to swallow…..

For fish oil I eat some smoked salmon daily, and add a bit of Arctic brand cod liver oil if it's not already oily. Salmon is the best natural source of fish oil

We use Healf as they do third party testing

The Glynac brand is longevity box
