avocado - anyone else ?
Hi and happy summer solstice, I’ve recently been trying to improve my diet and read that avocado has many good features, such as high fiber, good fat, vitamin c, b vitamins, folate, vitamin k, and something about it helps the body produce
glutathione
(an antioxidant which helps protect the liver.)

Glutathione Nebulization?
Has anyone experimented with
glutathione
nebulization? I’ve read that Laurie Mischley is doing it with clients. I tried it tonight using 100 MG of GSH powder dissolved in 1 tbs saline in my home nebulizer. I’m not sure about the dose or what kind of GSH to use. Or even if it’s a good idea?

NAC and Glutathione, and my reaction
Glut comes in two common types lately, L-
Glutathione
and liposomal
glutathione
. L-Glut does not mean liposomal in spite of the L. As I now understand in simple terms, , L- it means "reduced". Reduced is the type that is active in the body.

Anyone tried Black Seed Oil?
MPTP administration caused decreased activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and depletion of reduced
glutathione
, with a concomitant rise in the lipid peroxidation product.

Selective amino acid restriction therapy (SAART)
Restricting cysteine may also be important to reduce the synthesis of the tripeptide
glutathione
(γ-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine); cancer cells may need high levels of the antioxidant
glutathione
to cope with the oxidative stress resulting from serine deprivation [46].

Next NoSilverBullet Zoom webinar on Monday 15th of May: "What do successful people do to slow down PD progression?” by Dr. Laurie Mischley
She has published on coenzyme Q10, lithium,
glutathione
and mitochondrial deficiency in PD. She is Principal Investigator of the Modifiable Variables in Parkinsonism Study (https://mvp-study.com), which is attempting to describe why some people with PD progress slower than others.

B2 benefits for PD
It’s ingredients, NAC, which increases your
glutathione
, Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA), a sister to a pharmaceutical drug that has proven to help with PD and I believe slow progression and others helpful ingredients . I’ve had Parkinson’s for coming on five years.

NMN/Glutathione - Intranasal
I've been advised by Dr Sam Evans(Dr Mischley's practice) to take 600mg intranasal
glutathione
, but I'm in the UK so getting a hold of it is proving impossible. I've contacted my neurologist and a reputable supplements company to see if they can assist in locating some here.

‘Supplementing’ supplements with whole-foods.
Since following sites like this, we have added more B vitamins (B complex, B1, more B12), and magnesium, plus from Laurie Mischley’s course CoQ10 and
glutathione
all in pill form.

I don't know what this Melatonin blurb is trying to say
COX-2 activity, nitrites and nitrates, and lipid peroxides that correlated with clinical improvement of PD patients [143][/u]
The reference "143" is this document:
[Effect of melatonin administration on cyclooxygenase-2 activity, serum levels of nitric oxide metabolites, lipoperoxides and

for $40 this might be worth a shot: intranasal gluthiathione ... "sorta recommended' by an M.D., MDS ... Watch the 2 minute video
And then I researched the type of
glutathione
on Amazon that would work for intranasal application.

Sulforaphane may activate certain genes that protect cells against oxidative stress, inflammation, and DNA-damage
sulforaphane-may-activate-certain-genes.html This is my takeaway portion of the post:
My key takeaways are (my [Dave the high school graduate] takeaways):
• Sulforaphane counteracts many of the same biochemical and molecular abnormalities associated with ASD, including oxidative stress and reduced antioxidant capacity, defects in
