Microwave device to help diabetics.
Scientists have created a portable blood glucose measure for diabetics which uses microwaves instead of pricking the skin. Currently, diabetics have to test their blood several times a day or use inserted devices known as continuous blood glucose monitors (CGMs). But a new monitor created by Cardiff

relationship between blood glucose and thyroid activity
Wondering if anyone would care to give me their opinion, understanding of any relationship they may have observed or experienced between thyroid medication (especially dessicated pig thyroid) and blood sugar readings. Also signs like swelling of face or legs, peeing a lot etc. I'm aware of the diabetes

Issues re Oils & Fats
There appears to be quite a lot of queries over the type of oils good for cooking and daily consumption. One has to continually read and follow up on the latest research and not assume that the issues on oils and fats have been settled and fixed. Limiting or minimalizing carbs as is done in Paleo diets
