I am 24 years male. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. I had some diabetes tests day before yesterday and results arenot normal. Hba1c 8.00 , plasma glucose random 140mg/dl and glucose random is 116mg/dl. 

What will you suggest me for better health? I am very tensed.

Please go for a balanced diet with a lot of vegetables and sprouts. Add full cream yoghurt with mushroom and capsicum. Do not forget brisk walk and some excercise . You will be okey.

Be relaxed and regular to this forum and go through old posts posted by knowledgeable people.You will be able to manage your diabetes and then you will definitely feel better.

What is LCHF?

Mr Anup ji. This is G dhanraj from hyderabad.

Assistant professor in Engg college.

I was diagnoised with diabetes in 2015 july.

Taking medicine Janumet 50/500mg once daily  in morning n Zoryl M1 half at night.

At start my Hba1c was 11.3 n Fs was190 n pp was 240.

In between irregular of medicine caused  ups n downs for two months. But OK.

Now means last two months  everything is OK.

My Hba1c is 6.8 n Fs is 86 n pp is 140. But triglycerides are 199 n iron is 78.

Weight is 70 is constant n height 176 cm.

I urged with u about lchf but today I will accept u. 

 What precaution I should follow n suggest me is my mentioned details are OK.

Plz suggest me.

Lastly plz provide all lchf food list as unable find in u r profile .
