Wondered if anyone could relate or any advice? OK so back in Dec 2021 I started with a runny nose, sneezing, blocked, and neuralgia - I thought I was getting a cold, so a few days passed and still all the same symptoms but I noticed my smell had started to go, which is strange because I've never really

Adenomyosis
Back when I had my initial scans ahead of IVF treatment one of the Dr's diagnosed me with adenomyosis. This surprised me as no one had ever spotted this before and I thought you couldn't diagnose it from a transvaginal ultra sound. When I said "Are you sure??" she said "You definitely have adenomyosis

38 weeks planned c section - Steroid injection?
Iām currently 34+1 with our IVF miracle and having a planned c section at 38 weeks (had complicated emergency c section with first child) but theyāve said they offer an optional steroid injection if you deliver planned before 39 weeks which can apparently help with breathing for baby IF they have fluid

My CLL, where is the finishing line?
Just over a year ago my āAbnormal CLLā took off. I lost weight rapidly and my 22 cm spleen hurt. I was glad to be offered V+O and after a bad initial reaction settled into the routine. Then the sinusitis and upper respiratory tract infections set in and the coughā¦. Fair to say I have endured the year

Post covid comeback
It's been three weeks since I posted about struggling post possible covid. The last three weeks have been frustrating, lots of having to stop and walk and wondering if I could get back to how I was before. However, yesterday I started off and for the first time in weeks I had no tightness in my chest

ICU cognitive damage permanent?
HiIn August 2021 I suddenly developed septic shock. I was rushed straight to ICU. The next day I was heavily sedated and put on a ventilator. I was in my coma for 3 weeks. In that time my family were called in twice as the doctor didn't expect me to make it. I suffered a type 2 heart attack (an MI

First Round - ICSI - No Blastocysts day 6 :(
39 years old. First round of ICSI - collected 3 eggs (i'm pretty sure some were too small to justify going in as three are the minimum requirement) And I don't think my medication was correct TBH - as I was on hold to start as a last min colposcopy had to be done as my smear test results came back low

Beautiful night
Although it is late, around 10 , I just got done walking outside. It is very beautiful, snow is falling down hard and it looks like Christmas! Itās strange to think that it is almost April and itās snowing like this, but I am still enjoying it. I am looking forward to some flowers soon though! Hope you

So...how was your day ?
Mine started well. Just starting to get over illness (face pain, plenty of sneezing, mucus, aching joints) - and hadn't had a bad night's sleep last night. Then just small things: I was a day late with my B12 injection, as I just hadn't felt up to it yesterday. Didn't do a very good job of it -

Have been waiting years for this and trying to keep positive that things are finally starting, also feeling a little anxious as despite all the information you are given or read it is still daunting. Trying to keep
