Hi everyone hope your well today. Okay so I've bern telling you about this episode of piriformis recently it's just not getting any better at all its disabling me and I'm crying all through the night. Cant cope much longer this is about 2 months now. My question is have any of you had a guided steroid injection for this ? I'm so desperate to get rid of this pain

Have you tried physio and acupuncture, my daughter says the acupuncture is amazing and stops the pain immediately and combined with physio she’s pain free.

Hi bantam12 thanks for replying. I'm currently seeing advanced physiotherapist but that's it. Oh really I'm just desperate to get this horrible pain away. How long did your daughter have if for ? Any advice extremely appreciated thanks

She’s had problems for a few years but only recently found the right combination of treatments that work for her. She was also desperate for some relief so fingers x it carries on working.
