Lost hope
Good evening all. I'm a single mum to two disabled children. I'm morbidly obese. And my health is declining. I've been offered help with a gastric bypass but have to lose so much weight alone first. I just can't do it. I'm mostly bed bound so not moving at all. I'm now nearly 30 stone. I just don't

COPD etc...helped by gastric balloon.
I then read in the Guardian of a proceedure to lose weight by swallowing a
gastric
balloon
that lasts for 3 -4 months, naturallly dispursing. I mention this, because it would help with breathing; stress on joints; diabetes and, in the long term costs less than popping pills for complaints.

Looking for help and guidance on starting T3 only
Hi, I am looking for some help and guidance from you lovely people, having now run out of enough money to be able to buy meds/supps AND consult my private doctor (PD). You have been so helpful in the past :-) In March I saw a PD, he ran tests and diagnosed hypothyroidism (due to converting T4 to T3)

Still struggling..!
7 years after a gastric bypass operation I'm still overweight, I never really had the feeling of fullness after the op and 4 weeks after surgery I could drink a pint of water when apparently my stomach pouch should of only been able to hold 30mls, how does that work, I tried telling my surgeon this but

My reality
I lost a lot of weight after gastric bypass. Moved back to the Midwest after 6 very happy years in San Diego. Had another child. Gained back my weight along with some other terrible habits. I just want to sleep. All of the time.
