Well the other day i was looking thtough the phone apps and came accross virtual gastric band. Its a self hynosis app. I looked at the comments from other people about it bevause its was £6.99 and i didnt want to waste money and everyone said that it worked. So i devided to get it. I have trouble with binging. I got it on friday and listenend to it. Its msde such a difference. Ive not binged since. You have to do it in stages. The first stage is that you have to listen to it for 12 days and must have lost at least 2lb before you do the next stage. There is the morning or night session you just have to do 1 do i do it at night just begore i go to sleep. Im really relaxed at the momemt with food. So hoping that in the long run will be helpful to me. At the moment just taking it one day at a time.

I'm sure Paul McKenna has written a book on this subject.
I'm pleased that it is working for you
The only concern I'd have with this method of eating or losing weight is whether you are able to learn new skills to maintain your weight once you have reached your goal?
From my own experience and trying to lose weight from the age of 9..... I did pay for a course of hypnotherapy. I found myself very relaxed from the sessions, but clearly they can't have worked for me! I think they cost me a lot more than £6.99 too!
