Ok just wondering
But my shunt I have currently have
fractures
in it, both in the catheter part of it as well as the tubing that goes down my neck. My neurologist doesn’t want to send me to a neurosurgeon do to the fact that there’s no fluid build up.

Jawbone Deterioration?
My grandmother has not had any
fractures
but she has had to have several surgeries removing dead bone from her jaw. The doctors are baffled as to why this began happening. She has never had any issues, not even so much as cavities, to now only have 4 teeth remaining on her bottom jaw.

Difficulty getting in and out of bed
I have
fractures
in my spine and just diagnosed with a new fracture. I used to have great difficulty getting in and out of bed. I can only sleep in one position and if I moved in my sleep, woke up in a lot of pain.

New test LDH LACTATE DEHYDRO.. can anyone explain it to me?
My dad's oncologist ordered a new test for this three-month checkup, the LDH LACTATE DEHYDRO. I tried Google for a suitable answer and while I understand that it's related to cancer, I was curious to know about the direct relationship with prostate cancer. Most of the articles that I pulled up show

Finished & just getting started! :D
Well I gone & done it, week 9 run 3 complete! I travelled the furthest in a single run activity (6.2km including the warm up & cool down) & got my fasted 5k! (29:08). I ran most of the program full steam ahead & it was only with the last couple of weeks I dialed back the pace to stay around Z3 aerobic

I have had one injection of prolia...I am worried about rebound
fractures
, as i will not be taking another injection. My side effects are horrible. Is it safe to just quit? Do I need a relay drug. Just want information from.other who went through the same thing.

GCA. Osteo. Esoph issues-? pred or boniva side effects
Just had xrays, no spinal
fractures
but multiple bone spurs on spine. Rheumatologist wants me to come in to discuss. That's unusual to be called in early. And my primary provider, who has been my rock & lifesaver is leaving the practice next week.

FDA-approved therapies for metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC)
With the FDA approval of Erleada for this indication, I updated my blog about available options for mHSPC. I also included Xtandi in anticipation of its approval soon. https://pcnrv.blogspot.com/2017/06/newly-diagnosed-metastatic-m1-but-still.html

Prolia question?
Hopefully somebody can shed some light on the use of Prolia in HSPCa. Met with my MO today and he has strongly suggested that I begin Prolia 60mg every 6 months to delay the inevitable onset of ADT induced osteoporosis. I can find very little supportive literature for it's use in metastatic hormone sensitive

I need to choose between zytiga and xtandi since now am castrate resistant - have some very specific questions
(3) also for xtandi - have read that some other possible s/e like PRES/brain issues, more falls/
fractures
, fatigue, dizziness and vertigo, hypertension/cardiological, reduces appetite and lose weight, joint pain ..., edema, neuropathy ===> that some of these might be more than same if on zytiga
