does my asthma going to be cured? do running long distance by cycle bad for asthma?
I struggled with asthma during winter, I switched from
fostair
to clenil last 2 months 4 puffs a day 2 morning and 2 evening, I don't advice anyone to change to clenil, but my asthma maybe different, it response to
fostair
as well as clenil, so I changed to clenil because I think it safer to my body,

Crackling popping lungs when breathing
Stole my husbands
fostair
inhaler 3 days in as really struggling and couldn’t see go, got through it but it was horrendous, really uncomfortable and could breathe. I was a smokers of 22 years with a few years off in between. I haven’t smoked a single cigarette since, that is how bad it was.

Steroid inhaler which doesn't raise anxiety!!
So I'm guessing its formoteral at fault, as had same issue with
Fostair
! Any body who has anxiety successfully managed to get on with a steroid inhaler! As I've almost given up hope.... 😭😭 Tried QVAR,
FOSTAIR
, SPIRIVA (anticholinergics dry me out and raise heart rate ridiculously! So no go!)

Given lower dose of preventer
I was on clenil 200 “puffer” 2 puffs, 2x a day; new inhaler is
fostair
100/6 powder 1 dose, 2x a day. By my maths, that’s 25% of what I was on before and they are both beclometasone.

Any insight or advice into how long Clenil takes to work, and when to step up medication?
If I do swap to fostiar does it mean my symptoms will be even worse while I wait for the
fostair
to work and withdraw from clenil? Or does
fostair
work straight away? Also is
fostair
very strong and are their side effects? Thanks so much!

Add on of Atrovent
I’ve only ever been on one steroid inhaler which is currently
Fostair
100/6, having switched to this from Duoresp Spiromax 320/9 a couple of months ago. I’ve now been given Atrovent to take 3 times a day as well.

Too much Fostair
Hi I have a cough and accidentally took 4 bad puffs of
Fostair
200/6 in the night instead of ventolin. Bad isn’t that I was coughing lots so coughed out, but still 4 puffs. Any advise? Thought I’d skip morning dose and use ventolin. Then eve as normal?

Newbie to asthma
Currently on
fostair
100/6 plus fexofanadine and beclometasone nasal spray. My question is when I do PF the first reading can be 100-150 higher than the 2 after, which should I be recording? Feel the lower reading is more in line with how I feel. Thanks in advance

Starting Fostair 100/6 - Anyone had an experience with this?
I’ve just been prescribed
fostair
and directed to take two puffs twice a day. I’ve seen on here people having good and bad experiences with it and i’m worried about the side effects ie shakiness, increased heart rate as i’m fairly anxious normally.

Questions about Spiriva and referral
I don’t seem to get it with the
Fostair
, perhaps because it’s a lower dose 100/6?

Latest of vaccination saga..
Apparently some concerns around my
fostair
inhaler. Anyways I guess continue to wait and see. On a good note, husband now has his vaccination booked after telling the nurse he wasn't willing to travel for it, so that's good news!

Arythmia/irregular heartbeat and peak flow
I think mine is being brought on by the
fostair
. Also a symptom of arythmia (irregular heartbeat) can be breathless and fatigue. Would your peak flow still drop if your breathlessness was a heart issue and not an asthma issue.

Swapping spiriva to Trimbow and update on referral
- think this may be why he needs the other tests 😏) The other thing he did was to change my Spiriva that I started last week and
Fostair
to a single inhaler called ‘Trimbow’. Has anyone had any experience with this? 🤔 Lots to say - hope not confusing 😳😆

Prednisolone reaction
I am absolutely terrified of not being able to take it if I need it - I’ve only had asthma for a year and I’m on
fostair
100 4 x a day and spiriva respimat once a day. Thank you

Hi, was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced a Sore Throat with
Fostair
Inhaler. Have been using it for Years with a Spacer and a couple of Weeks ago stopped using the Spacer as it needed a clean, since then have had a bit of an on and off sore throat.
