Any experience of this?
When I was discharged, my GP told me to stop taking
Fostair
100/6 two puffs twice daily and double my omperazole to 40mg daily and continue with my peak flow readings (change of medication trial).

Asthma worsened after Covid and confused about what GP said.
I still have tightness in chest, shortness of breath, wet cough, bad sleep, I'm on
fostair
now, which helped to a degree. My recent PEF is between 415-450.

Shortness of breath
Now on
fostair
for the past 6 months. Peak flow improved immediately by about 100 ml to a resting 700. But here’s the thing: I still get symptoms, and they no longer seem to correspond to the logic of (my) asthma.

Asthma exacerbation after a cold
It’s normally well controlled with
Fostair
200 2x2 per day. Over a month ago I had a heavy cold, which led to a chest infection and exacerbated my asthma.

Combining inhalers
Long story short, I wasn’t able to take my Braltus inhaler for a week alongside my
Fostair
200 in the mornings. I had been experiencing real SOB for around a year… just climbing the stairs left me gasping for breath. V frightening.

COPD cough
She is currently on
Fostair
twice a day, and has a salbutomol inhaler which she doesn’t use as she finds it provides no relief. Should her inhalers work to relieve the breathlessness and/or cough please? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as always, thank you!

Trimbow
I was on
fostair
200/6 and spiriva for severe asthma but today they changed my inhalers to trimbow and I was wondering if that was a step back because I read that it is a lower steroid and my chest has been dodgy for the last few weeks

Help please. Anxiety, asthma or mix of both?
My current status is that I do have some improvement but I still cant imagine a day without using
fostair
which helps me in getting the day through... My question for you all is should I be afraid of everyday usage of
fostair
for this long? (could
fostair
cause me some other problems?)

Painful mouth from steroidal preventer. Need help please!
I am relying on my reliever inhaler for the last two days as I stopped the
fostair
. I am going to ring up my gp practice to let them know. Does anyone know if there is a preventer inhaler without steroids? I'm at my wits end. Thank you in advance!

Fostair 200 inhaler
My
Fostair
inhalers seem to stop working at between 30-50 puffs left. This is at least the third time it’s happened so a bit worrying.

Mum and Ongoing cough and breathlessness..
Is
Fostair
or repeated antibiotics causing the candida to become present? Are we now on a viscious circle of the preventative treatment causing issues.

New to Fostair
I was just wanting to hear some
Fostair
experiences people have had/are having, and how well they are finding the inhaler?
