Asthma advice
I'm not sure if my symbicort is loosing it's effectiveness so I'm going to ask my gp if there is an alternative but I know they will say
fostair
but I didn't get on with that one at all, what other options would there be? Thanks in advance, just looking for a bit of advice

Fostair to Luforbec saves NHS money
My GP is changing my prescription from
Fostair
200/6 to Luforbec. I can see that this reflects NICE guidelines and will save the NHS money; it has similar active ingredients, but I can't find any statement of equivalent or improved efficacy.

Oral thrush
I'm using
Fostair
, I really think it's from that inhaler. I have some white and red spots on my throat, nothing on my tongue yet. I have a few questions because this never happened before. Is oral thrush contagious? I'm afraid because I don't want to give it to my partner.

Fobumix easyhaler
I’ve been on
Fostair
100/6 mart regime for so many years now, today he has put me on Fobumix easyhaler 320/9, 2 puffs a day. I know it’s a bit of a jump and is dry powder but was wondering if any body else uses this and how do you get on with it? And should I ask for a steroid card?

Where can I go?
I recently reacted badly to
Fostair
and Montelukast and am feeling quite hopeless, so any relocation advice would be much appreciated.

Luforbec
The steroids and anti-biotics didn't seem to be working but I found a
Fostair
inhaler with a couple of weeks worth left so on the last day of the meds I started back on it and by lunchtime most of my symptoms were gone.

Fostair & Salty Taste?
The resp. consultant said that
Fostair
was the "last tool in the box" to help my breathlessness & cough. I started it on 1st January & after a couple of weeks noticed a salty taste on my lips, it's got more noticeable, but does come & go a bit.

CHANGE TO FOSTAIR
Changed from salbutomol/Ventolin to
Fostair

Fostair
is fully effective? Thanks.

Spririva
I am on
fostair
200 and more recently spiriva. In the morning, when I get up, I take my morning
fostair
puffs and then my spiriva puffs. Has anybody experimented with whether it us best to take the
fostair
first or the spiriva first.

Stopping Fostair
Im absolutely fed up with the side effects I get with
Fostair
Nexthaler and most other inhalers and as my GP wont change it im stopping it. I only take 1 puff of 200/6 in the evening so if I need to taper it how can i do so. Im thinking of perhaps taking it every other day

Alcohol content of MDIs
HI, I've just started using
Fostair
pink MDI with a spacer. I was using
Fostair
nexthaler (dry powder) and was switched to this due to laryngeal thrush and breathing pattern disorder.

Adrenal suppression
In the meantime my research has revealed a causal link between
Fostair
use and Adrenal suppression. I should also add that the blood tests revealed that testosterone was right at the bottom of the ‘normal’ range.
