I struggled with asthma during winter, I switched from fostair to clenil last 2 months 4 puffs a day 2 morning and 2 evening, I don't advice anyone to change to clenil, but my asthma maybe different, it response to fostair as well as clenil, so I changed to clenil because I think it safer to my body, I feel no tightness when sleeping, no cough at all and no phlegm at all the time, I am 32 , I used to run by cycle 8 miles at least 3 times a week and feel more better after exercise, I feel no distraction from asthma when using internet, and watch TV, a little pain happen when walking and and doesn't cause me tired, occasional I little chest pain during the day, I also start regulate my vitamin D, because I saw a scientist on Lewis Howes saying that if your vitamin D3 low, you 80% probable end up in hospital due to lung complication if you got covid19.

I also turn off heating system in the house all the time, one time I turned it on and I became severe chest tightness and pain for two days, I don't know why heating system cause asthma worse, it may triggers microorganisms to release substance which in turn triggers our asthma.

You can’t cure asthma, but medication and understanding the condition can help you live with it. And there are often periods when it is better and periods when it is worse. Ideally if you have the right medication your asthma is so well controlled you don’t notice it. Exercise is always good for asthma. I believe there are Olympic athletes with asthma. Again it is down to how well controlled you are. You should always carry your reliever in case you get breathless while cycling. That said, when you have an exacerbation it may not be possible for you to do it for a while, but once you have it controlled again you should be able to start it up again and build up to longer distances.
