Hormone therapy can make prostate cancer worse, study finds
Searching another study I just found this one. Maybe it was yet discussed here, but I think it is very very interesting for those who haven't seen it. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/09/180904164636.htm Are there new findings about the simple blood test measuring glutamine to predict when

How does CAG length tract effect Ataxia symptom onset
The instructions our bodies need to grow and function are contained in our genes. These instructions are made up of tiny structures called nucleobases. There are four types of nucleobases in DNA: adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), thymine (T). By putting these four nucleobases in different orders

Glutamine-blocking drug slows tumor growth and strengthens anti-tumor response
Glutamine is an amino acid. Cells are dependent on glutamine in many different ways. Cancer cells in particular are highly dependent on glutamine. Without glutamine, cells would stop growing and eventually die. Cancer cells’ addiction to glutamine has long tempted cancer biologists as a potential Achilles

A conundrum for use v. non-use of specific amino acids in muscle atrophy and immune support for CLL patients
CLL and cancer patients, particularly those over 70, are often concerned about muscle wasting or muscle atrophy. Sarcopenia is characterized as the progressive loss of muscle mass that is typically associated with aging. These patients are frequently advised to increase their intake of dietary proteins

Biotin and other supplements and meds
After having tests during which I had to stop taking biotin, as it interferes with results, I was wondering if it interferes with the absorption of other supplements. I don't take it with my thyroid and adrenal meds. Does it interfere with other vitamins such as vitamin C, B12, or things like L glutamine

Reverse T3 interacts with αvβ3 integrin receptor and restores enzyme activities in the hippocampus of hypothyroid developing rats
Possibly time finally to stop regarding reverse T3 (rT3) as an inactive substance?
evidence that rT3 is an active TH metabolite
Of course, every paper is subject to review, criticism of methods and logic, and the results being replicated. [i]Mol Cell Endocrinol. 2018 Jul 15;470:281
