Thought provoking video. CRITIQUE: (1) Why he is using the term "carbs" , there is difference between glucose rich foods and fructose rich foods. Fructose is the main sugar in most fruits and deemed as harmless. (2) Brocolli which slows cancer due to its phytosterol and sulforapahne content is also rich in glutamine...that;s confusing.

(3) Animal fats have toxic chemicals and hormones which are carcinogenic..advice to eat animal fats seems problematic as i they also cause increase in cholesterol etc.

(4) Meat in general is pro inflammatory food and veggies are anti inflammatory.

Seems like he is selling some equipment "keto mojo" and advising us to buy it from Amazon.

Qusetionable motive.! I am not sold on keto diet..need more information.

Good questions....I got impressed well fructose raise sugar levels slowly in compared to glucose...and our liver have to process fructose into glucose...see you don't have to do this for everybody this is scientifically logical way to stop and suffocate cancer cells we consume very low carbohydrates to switch our body's fuel onto ketones instead of its running on glucose....and and we have to keep checking the amount of ketones and glucose with this 60$ equipment like keto mojo you have to buy it if you want stay alive and keep checking your ketone levels to make sure you are not feeding cancer with glucose..

Now no 2 brocolli..yes almost every food have glutamine...cancer cells generally thrives on glucose and glutamine if you shutdown glucose it will use glutamine so you have to shut down both now you have shut down glucose by implementing keto diet and keep it on check..now every food has glutamine it's one type of aminoacid..you can take few natural food herbs like green tea, ashwagandha (An Indian Ayurveda herb), bell peppers or a drug called "DON" you have to take this daily so they will inhibit glutamine to get used by cancer cells. So you take your brocolli and you also take your green tea and bell peppers

My dad is a vegan right now..most of the time raw vegan and we are planning to use vegan keto for him so as a solution you can eat keto vegan extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil, nuts seeds non starchy vegetables low carb fruits like most of the berries, plant milks like almond milk coconut milk...no need to eat meat or inflammatory foods...

A strange video but interesting from dr. Mark shoultz in California. He said most cancers feed on sugar except prostate cancer feeds on fats. I was very surprised to hear that. You guys can watch his video.

Great but he's more emphasized on animal products not on just fats... He's just taking references not talking any hardcore research so again I would suggest a low carb vegan keto diet...and getting your fats from helathy foods like avocados and nuts and seeds or fruits like coconut instead of eating animal fats or proteins. Atleast one should ...adopt vegan diet with whole plant based foods and not including processed foods...

I have been on vegan diet for more than 4 years now and I never felt better in my life, lots of energy. But I eat some fish about 2-3 times a month. I found it very hard to be a vegan on a keto diet :-), nothibg to eat.

Completely agreed with you my dad's been on raw vegan diet last 2.5 years and doing great when diagnosed..has several mets Gleason score 8 so MO puts him on pamorelin (kind of Lupron) injection every 12 weeks and abiraterone (zytiga different version) + 5 mg Prednisone he walks around 2 hours with fast pace spreaded over not altogether. In good health the nadir was 0.016 but last few months started increasing with slow pace it's like 0.065 last psa test results. Would love to know what's your diet ?

I eat a cup of steel cut oatmeal with berries in the morning, 2 cups of coffe and one green tea during the day. No lunch. Dinner is small , a bowel of brown rice and beans, some cooked vegetables, salad , humus sometimes and a handful of nuts. May be a piece of fruit after dinner. That is all I eat. I don’t eat much. I have a good appetite but try to control it.
