After having tests during which I had to stop taking biotin, as it interferes with results, I was wondering if it interferes with the absorption of other supplements. I don't take it with my thyroid and adrenal meds.
Does it interfere with other vitamins such as vitamin C, B12, or things like L glutamine?
Does anyone have a medication or supplement chart they use that could give a good indication of how and when to take supplements and medication related to adrenals and thyroid.
Many thanks

Biotin supplement only interferes with blood tests if biotin is used in the testing procedure. I haven't read anything about Biotin affecting absorption of other supplements, after all, it's included in a B Complex so is taken at the same time as all the other B vitamins.
No other medication/supplements should be taken at the same time as thyroid meds as it can affect it's absorption, we should leave 2 hours, although some supplements and medication need a gap of 4 hours.
